This Privacy Policy explains what information DevX ("we", "us") collects when you visit this website or get in touch with us, and how we use it. DevX is a web design and development studio based in Kathmandu, Nepal.

When you email us at hello@devxbuilds.com, we receive whatever information you choose to include — typically your name, email address, and details about your project.
If you use a contact or project enquiry form on this website, we receive the details you submit.
We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use this website, such as which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors come from. It uses cookies and collects usage data such as your browser, device and approximate location. We use this information only in aggregate, to improve the website, and not to identify you personally. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
We also use Microsoft Clarity, a service provided by Microsoft, to see how visitors interact with our pages, through heatmaps and session recordings that show clicks, scrolling and navigation. Clarity uses cookies and masks what you type into form fields. We use this information only to improve the website. You can block it by disabling cookies in your browser settings.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the project we agree on. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data retention
We keep client correspondence and project information for as long as reasonably necessary to maintain our business records and support any ongoing work or agreements.
