Set it up once, then issue certificates for events, awards, courses and results, one at a time or hundreds in a single batch from a spreadsheet. Every certificate gets its own verification page and a QR code, and each school gets its own private deployment, never mixed with another's.
Every certificate is signed when it is issued. The verification page checks the signature, so an edited or invented certificate fails.
