School Attendance System
Hajiri — School Attendance, Once a Day, Done Properly
Hajiri is a per-period attendance system for schools, built so a teacher can mark a full class present or absent in a few taps, right from the period it happens in. Parents and students see each day's attendance as it is recorded, in English or Nepali, and the office runs the timetable, substitutions and the school year from the same system.
A bitmask storage design holds a full year of attendance for 1,200 students in about 4 MB, instead of the roughly 97 MB a row-per-period table would need. One of the products DevX Nepal builds and runs itself, to the same standard as the systems we build for clients.
