This case study demonstrates the engineering of Skill Access Labs (SAL) Nepal, an enterprise-grade EdTech platform that has transitioned from a technical concept into an active institutional solution. Built using Next.js, MongoDB, Firebase, and Cloudflare R2, the platform currently serves as the primary technical training partner for a major academic institution, managing the learning lifecycle of 150+ active students across large-scale enrollment, structured curriculum delivery, and real-time performance tracking.

Beyond the classroom, the platform integrates a professional Placement & Career Suite connecting certified graduates with a network of hiring partners. The complete technical implementation highlights scalable multi-tenant architecture and curriculum-delivery engineering across multiple tech stacks (Java, Python, Full-Stack), tailored for institutional partnerships and measurable educational outcomes.
