Rapti Feed — Production, Sales & Financial Operations Platform

This case study demonstrates the engineering of the production, sales, and accounting layer of Rapti Feed Industries' operations system. Built using Next.js, MongoDB, Recharts, and NextAuth, the platform runs a production log that converts raw materials into finished feed products, a sales pipeline that draws down that finished stock, and an accounting layer underneath both, covering fiscal-year periods, ledger entries, and a trial balance report tying production cost directly to sales revenue.

The system shares the same department-scoped RBAC and PDF/Excel export layer as Rapti Feed's inventory platform, so finance and floor staff work from identical numbers. The complete technical implementation highlights cross-departmental data integrity and financial-reporting engineering tailored for complex manufacturing operations.
